Some Bowling Pictures
A few weeks ago we took the family bowling for something special to do after what was kind of a hard day for us all emotionally. For Pan, Alaypa, Lutiya, and Isaac it was their first time and they really enjoyed. Alaypa was even playing in a cast, and he did pretty well. The second time we went was for Sean’s birthday last week where they got to hone their skills. Alaypa plays even better without a cast, and Pan is turning out to be a pretty consistent player. Well, at least as consistent as any of the rest of us. Isaac, of course, wanted to play too, and there’s plenty of pictures of his various attempts. View all the pictures here.

There is nothing like a family having fun together. Keep up the legacy. These are times they will remember, though sometimes you really wonder if they notice ;-)
Must…hug….Isaac.

hey Adam,
my name is rebekah, and i stumbled across your blog just then, when i was looking up Im Jai orphage on google.
I’m 18, and i went to THailand last year with a group from my school to help out at Im Jai, and a couple other places, as well as the House of Mercy and then the lepers colony in khon khaen, and it was definitely eye opening.
ANYWAYS, point of this is,
well, i was looking up imjai, because i just heard, through a friend who went with me to thailand, and has limited information about this, that Imjai’s closed down and the kids are at a gov orphanage. i was wondering, since you know a bit bout the place, if you had any idea what happened? any news would be much appreciated, and sorry this is so out of the blue and randomness at its best.
btw, i love your blog and the stuff your doing. its really great and full on, and yeah, just know that your on my prayer list :) and your whole thai family too :)
thanks adam,
bek
