Sounds great!

Actually, we plan to visit sometime this year. It's just right around the corner from us. :)

Amen to missing Mexican food. I'm right there with you. If you want good pizza (or at least decent pizza without seafood on it), feel free to take a trip to Chiang Mai. We'll hook you up :-)

Hi Elise -

Great to hear from you. I didn't know that you had lived here too. I guess I'm not alone in the things I miss about food back home. It's almost enough to make me start cooking (which is saying something :) ).

Best,

Ray

Hi Ray,
Wow, we're still blogging! I've been so busy with cooking though no time for blogging anything else. Say hello to Japan for me, and have a sakura mochi for me too while you're at it. As much as I do completely love Japanese food, I too missed Mexican food and pizza when I lived there. They had pizza, but put weird stuff on it like sardines and natto. I went to a Mexican restaurant once in Tokyo but the tacos were all of 3 inches long and outrageously expensive.
Cheers,
Elise
